The Mentoring Programme is specially designed for students from 11 to 18 years old who have a strong desire to achieve great accomplishments in their studies and careers. Professional guidance will be brought about by our team of mentors, experienced teachers and experts of education and orientation. The programme brings students a valuable opportunities to enhance their knowledge, real life experience and soft skills through mini projects, personal profile building together with academic and career planning.

Preparation steps

STEP 1: INTERVIEW AND TESTING

Students are directly interviewed by Smartay Education’s experts and are tested in related subjects to their planned future area of study.

STEP 2: ADVISORY AND ORIENTATION

Our experts will assist students and parents to shape their future study and career path based on the individual student’s abilities, hobbies and background.

STEP 3: CONNECTING EXPERTS AND STUDENTS

Every student will be connected with 2 to 5 mentors who are experts from the area of work he or she wants to follow. These mentors will assist the student throughout the programme.
